I can customize your experience to meet your wants and needs by taking the portraits outdoors if you have beautiful scenery to work with, bring a studio setting with a backdrop and simple props, or I can create a composite (using a digital background - see examples below.)

Individuals

I went the composite route this time for individual and team portraits. There isn't a lot of visual interest behind the school so this is a perfect alternative! It's not just the students that can get their portraits done. Coach can participate as well so they can be included in the group photo (if applicable), and the image is great for headshots or framing a print to put in your office/classroom. Print packages are inexpensive or students can personalize their order with a la carte options, and Coach receives a complimentary 8x10 of their choice!

the Group Photo

You have 2 options when it comes to the group photo. We can gather everyone up and take a big group photo the old fashioned way getting everyone situated and looking at the camera OR I can do a composite. With a composite, I take a photo of each person individually and assemble them onto a fun background.

It usually ends up being a little more work for me, but I love the look and flexibility of a composite group photo for many reasons.

• Large groups can be difficult to get everyone situated, focused, and all looking at the camera at the same time.
• Less time consuming... I only need one student at a time! Which was super helpful in this case, since some of the girls had a volleyball game to get to and didn't have to wait for everyone. They came dressed in their uniform, I snapped their picture, and they were able to get to where they needed to go.
• If someone is absent, it's easy to add them in later!

Memory Mates

I personally love the memory mate option, it's the perfect solution to display your child and their teammates in just one frame. I designed these myself using the school logo (with permission of course), name, year, and don't you just love the claw marks that go perfectly with their wolverine mascot and theme?! I sure do!
