How do I book an appointment?
I offer a convenient online booking process - you can access my calendar and book your real estate listing photo appointment online anytime.
Fill out your personal information and a quick questionnaire gathering property details and I'll send you a personalized invoice.
You can also fill out my contact form and I will reach out in 24-48 hours if you have any questions or would like assistance.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
With so many moving parts in real estate, I want to make working with me as seamless and easy as possible.
You are able to reschedule, or cancel your appointment on your own through your booking link at any time.
I may need to postpone the appointment due to weather during rain or severe wind to produce the best results.
How to prep your home/Listing
It is best to have the property free of any people or pets to ensure they aren't in any images and so I can work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please have the property photo ready before I arrive. If it isn't furniture or decoration please have it out of sight. I'm happy to turn on lights, open blinds, etc.
Invoicing
After you book your appointment, I will send a personalized invoice based on property square footage and any add ons you choose.
Image files will not be delivered until payment is received.
